About Finansium
Finansium is a small consulting firm based in Stockholm. The idea is straightforward. When you hire senior expertise, you should actually get it. Not a junior team managed by someone experienced. The work here is done by the person you spoke to.
Henrik Ekenberg started the firm. He's an Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer and Project Manager. His work has focused on large SAFe transformations and complex IT programmes. That background shapes how Finansium approaches every engagement.
We work with organisations that have real delivery pressure. That might mean stepping in as an RTE, coaching teams through a rough patch, or steadying a programme that's lost its way. The situations vary. The approach doesn't.
